Disney Frozen 2 Action Figure

A good variety of characters, except Olaf looks a bit strange... Individually wrapped and not boxed which I didn't mind as I'm using some as cake toppers.

I bought this set to have the new characters of frozen II (Matias, Yelena, the water horse) and Yelena has arrived with no heads! I opened a dispute to ask the seller to ship to me a new yelena or her head and he ignored me! I received 5$ refund but This is not what I was looking for. Very upset

These don’t really match the picture..... I was so excited to get these........ but like elsas hair is a blondish white color in the move not pure yellow..... and same with Anna, her hair is orange in the movie but this toy is brown and her cape is suppose to be pink and it’s red! Anna and kristoff don’t stand on there own and Elsa can some times stand. I am dissatisfied to be honest because it’s false advertisement. this doesn’t match the picture.

Horse arrived broken. The seller did not offer me a partial refund just laughed a dispute, that's what I did but nothing. He just told me to pick up. I threw away disgusted for my 5-year-old daughter!
