Came for 4 weeks to Ukraine, Dnieper. All whole, plastic is not smelly, everything works, it looks interesting!

The dispenser came exactly for a month in a mutilated box. But inside everything is intact. Looks pretty flimsy. I tried it on a bottle of water. Nothing flakes.
