How to use:

For Spot Stretching, simply insert any of the removable “Bunion & Corn” Plugs in the appropriate holes where relief is required.

For Length & Width Stretching:

1) INSERT STRETCHER IN THE SHOE
Insert shoe stretcher into the shoe with the back piece facing down.

2) FOR STRETCHING LENGTH

Holder the back piece in place, then turn the plastic washer Clockwise until you begin to see surface pressure showing on the shoe. DO NOT OVERSTRETCH!

3) FOR STRETCHING WIDTH

Turn the metal looped handle in a clockwise direction until you begin to see surface pressure showing on the shoe. DO NOT OVERSTRETCH!

FOR BESET RESULTS, leave Stretcher in place for at least 24 hours. To REMOVE Stretcher, turn handles Counterclockwise.
